Exercise in 2023

In 2023, I used an Apple Watch to track my workouts. At the beginning of the year, my weight shot up, reaching its peak around March. I started taking cycling classes at Super Monkey and began swimming in June.

However, I injured my knee due to issues with my swimming technique, leading me to stop exercising for a month or two. Afterwards, I resumed swimming, primarily focusing on freestyle, and incorporated simple home workouts. Gradually, I lost over ten kilograms. Through exercising, I discovered its positive impact on my emotions and body shaping. It brought me joy, a sense of immersion, and freedom.

Hoping to continue this momentum in 2024 – let's keep going!

In the summer, you can tell I really pushed myself in exercising, all for the sake of losing weight? haha!

Correspondingly, summer indeed is a great time for fat loss! Winter tends to make one lazy and gain weight slowly.

Active energy burn

This year, I went swimming a total of 28 times. Initially, I swam at the Water Cube National Swimming Center, then I started going to the Silver Olive Swimming Center. I also progressed from being a beginner to swimming 50-100 meters at a stretch, haha.

每次上完Super Monkey的课,都习惯性拍一张照。迄今为止,已经上了三年半了。今年年中膝盖不舒服以后,调整了去上课的频率,也减少了一些课。总之,新的一年,还会继续哒!
